Getting Started

  1. Click the "Register" button on the homepage
  2. Fill out the registration form with your details
  3. Choose your role (Student/Teacher)
  4. Wait for admin approval (if required)
  5. Check your email for verification

  2. Click "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a reset link
  5. Follow the link to create a new password

Course enrollment is managed by administrators and teachers. You cannot self-enroll. Contact your teacher or administrator to be enrolled in courses.

Taking Exams

  1. Go to the "Exams" section in your dashboard
  2. Find the exam you want to take
  3. Click "Take Exam" or "Start"
  4. Read the instructions carefully
  5. Click "Begin Exam" when ready
Note: Some exams have time limits and cannot be paused once started.

For listening and speaking questions:

  • Listening: Click the play button to hear audio. You can replay it if allowed.
  • Speaking: Click the record button and speak clearly. Click stop when finished.
  • Ensure your browser allows microphone access for speaking questions
  • Use headphones for better audio quality

  • Automatic grading: Multiple choice questions are graded immediately
  • Manual grading: Writing and speaking questions require teacher review (24-48 hours)
  • You'll receive an email notification when results are available
  • Check the "Results" section in your dashboard

Assignments

  1. Go to the "Assignments" section
  2. Click on the assignment you want to submit
  3. Type your response in the text area (if required)
  4. Upload a file if needed (optional)
  5. Click "Submit Assignment"
Important: You can only submit assignments before the due date unless late submissions are allowed.

Supported file types:

  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
  • Images: JPG, PNG
  • Archives: ZIP
  • Maximum file size: 20MB

This depends on the assignment settings:

  • If late submissions are allowed, you can submit after the due date
  • Late submissions are usually marked as "Late"
  • Some teachers may deduct points for late submissions
  • Check the assignment details for specific policies

Technical Issues

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check if your browser is blocking microphone access
  2. Look for a microphone icon in your browser's address bar
  3. Refresh the page and allow microphone permission
  4. Test your microphone in other applications
  5. Try using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
